Hello everyone I am starting a journal of my 6th pregnancy. Seeing that I am starting this a little later than I wanted to I am going to bring you up to speed.....
After being a couple of days late I decided to take a pregnancy test and was just sure it would say negative. But on September 7th my husband and I found out that we would indeed be parents again to a little one. Already having 5 boys we were very thrilled to find out if we would finally be parents to the little girl that we wanted so badly. So the wait was...........
A few things different about this pregnancy from the start was morning sickness galore. All day for 3 months I felt so icky as well as extremely tired. With all of my other babies I had no sickness at all and by a month or so the tiredness had went away.............
On Oct 19 we had our first prenatal appointment. I was kinda disappointed because we only got the urine analysis done, and blood work. But on another note I had a 4d ultrasound appointment set up for the very next day at Video Prenatal.........................
I already thought of a name if it was a girl. It would be Jasmyn of course because it means gift from God. The middle name would be either Aaliyah or Destiny. Still not 100% sure just yet.
On Oct 20 we had our very first ultrasound and about 5 minutes through the ultrasound tech gave us the news that we had so desperately being praying for.
IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!! and her name is Jasmyn
To GOD be the Glory for the thing that HE has done!!
From that moment on everything was a blur. I know I screamed a little, broke down into a great sob, smiled, and laughed. It is definitely a moment that I will never forget. I still actually play that moment over and over in my head a million times a day and find myself smiling......................... :)
I finally felt her move really well around 7pm on Oct 20.
