OMG its been too long Jassy is now a 3 year old little Princess.  Well lets back track......... I was working from home on April 30, 2013 and all of a sudden I felt a gush come out and sure enough while in a middle of a chat with a customer my water had broken.  I was hysterical but still finished my chat. I let my manager know which was a guy and he asked was I going to be back later?????

Really? My water just broke and he was wondering would I be back?  I just kindly said no sir I think I will be gone for the remainder of the day.  LOL.  But anywho.....Called my hubby and he came rushing to take me to the hospital.  I labored for 16 hours with no drugs because I couldn't have any because of my platelets being so low.  This was the longest labor after my 1st pregnancy (15 hours). At 9 centimeters I completely gave up and said, "Cut her out of me NOW".  I was wheeled into OR and put to sleep.  When a woke a hour later they brought her to my room and she was absolutely gorgeous.  I think my heart actually skipped a few beats.  And then the moment of truth........ I open her diaper and behold she was a truly a GIRL!!!!! I finally had my sweety pie.

Immediately I felt in love with her.  OMG I think I just cried and cried and was like a hawk over her every since then.  

Now she is a spunky 3 year old and is busy then every. She has a huge vocabulary and I am guessing that is because she has such a huge family.  She is spoiled rotten and the boys are amazing with her.  The closest one to her is my baby boy Jaylen.  My oldest acts like he is her second daddy.  She used to go to him everytime she wanted to take a nap.  Our family is finally complete.  Oh yeah I decided to make sure that Jasmyn was our last little one.  Here are some pics of her growing up these past 3 years.  

30 Weeks Prego

I haven't posted in a while so here is an update.  Miss Jasmyn is doing well.   I did go in on last week though because I was having menstrual like pains as well as shooting pains on my right side.  I also had been experiencing 2-3 braxton hicks every hour since around 4 months or so, so I let the doctor know about this as well.  The doctor said that the braxton hicks were due to an over active uterus because of having so many kids, of course.  And the other pains were nothing she would worry about.  Eventually they went away (Thank God).  My blood platelets are still dropping during this pregnancy (Ugh).  The first time my blood was drawn it was down to 139,000.  The normal is at least 150,000.  But the doctors were not really worried.  Then the next time they dropped down to 130,000.  Now they are at 99,000.  The critical stage is when they get under 50,000.  So, the doctor referred me to a hematologist specialist in order to get these platelets back up.  Appointment is for next week so hopefully things will turn around for me...........

6 Months

Baby girl is finally 6 months old.  Yeah!!! I am so excited for this count down to be on.  

23 weeks and 5 days

We had our monthly prenatal visit on yesterday and the cutest thing happened.  When the nurse tried to hear Jasmyn's heart beat she wasn't having it. Each time the nurse put the doppler on my stomach you heard a huge thump against it.  So the nurse said Jasmyn is actually starting to feel now so she felt the doppler pressing down and was kicking at it each time.  This moment was priceless.  Eventually Jasmyn stopped kicking and the nurse was able to document her heart rate.  I love this little girl so much already.  On another note I gained 3 extra pounds from last week and was not happy at all about it but the doctor said that I was right on target (Do they say this to everyone just to make you feel ok about your weight gain?)  16 weeks and 1 day to go before my little princess is due.  I can't wait!!!

Ending my 5th month!!! Praise the Lawd...........

I have finally come to the end of my fifth month and how super excited I am.  I have an appointment tomorrow and hopefully I haven't gained to much weight since the last time I was there.  Well four months to go and believe me I am really counting down!!!

Week 21

I am finally in week 21 and I am oh so happy.  My little princess is doing well and I couldn't be more thankful for her.  She is still a wiggle body and either sleeps very little or knows how to flip very well while sleeping.  I think I am going to try the flashlight on the belly little trick today and see if she responds too it.  It should definitely be cool for the boys to see if she does.  Well a new week has started for me to get my school work done so I am off................................. Oh yeah.  I only have this week and next week and I am getting my Degree in Computer Information Science.  Oh Yeah!!!!!!!!!

Ending of a new year

The family and I had a wonderful Christmas this year back home.  I enjoyed every minute of it.  But now Christmas is over and a new year is about to begin.  You guys know I am so looking forward to the new year so that I can finally finish my degree and Jasmyn can finally get here already.  I hope everyone else had an awesome Christmas and got everything you wanted.
